The action picked up again on Wednesday the 23rd December for the live satellite tournament hosted by Malta Poker Events at the Portomaso Casino. This was the last live satellite event this week which gave players the opportunity to qualify for the Special Edition €330 Freeze-out tournament being held on the 29th and 30th December at the Portomaso Casino.
Players who attended this event are having their buy-in refunded on XLBet.com, through and exclusive poker promotion organised this month. Jacques, who also attended the WSOP earlier this year, was delighted with his placing, and winning the €330 ticket, saving him the buy-in for his entry into the ‘Special Edition’ tournament.
